Cancellation Policy

More than 45 days before departure
Full refund of amounts paid, less payment gateway and administrative charges.
45 to 21 days before departure
50% of the total trip cost is refundable. The balance can be adjusted against another trip within 12 months.
Less than 21 days before departure
No refund is available as bookings with our partners are already confirmed. Your slot may be transferred to another mom-child pair at no extra cost.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel a trip for any reason, you may choose a full refund or a credit for a future trip of equal value.
