We collect the details you share with us when you enquire about or book a trip — your name, email address, phone number, your child's age and any dietary or medical information relevant to your safety on the trip.
How we use your information
Your information is used only to plan and run your trip, to communicate trip updates over email and WhatsApp, and to send you occasional newsletters that you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Sharing with partners
We share only the minimum necessary details with hotels, transport partners and activity providers on your itinerary. We never sell your data to third parties.
Photographs
Photos taken during trips may be used on our website and social channels. If you prefer that images of you or your child are not published, simply let your trip leader know.
