Itinerary

Day 1: Coimbatore to Coonoor & a tea garden safari

We start from Coimbatore railway station / airport on Friday morning depending on train and flight timings, by 9:00 AM. It is a 2.5-hour scenic drive to Coonoor. We reach the hotel surrounded by lush tea gardens and relax, with lunch at a famous cafe. In the evening we go on a jeep safari through the tea gardens and come back to a high tea overlooking the tea gardens. Music, bonfire and dinner at the hotel.

Day 1

Day 2: Ooty & the heritage toy train

Post breakfast we drive towards Ooty for some sightseeing and shopping in the queen of hills, followed by lunch. Post lunch we take the toy train to enjoy the heritage Nilgiris railway back towards Coonoor. Dinner at the hotel.

Day 2

Day 3: Departure

We leave for the airport post breakfast by 10:00 AM, reaching Coimbatore airport for a drop at around 1:00 PM.

  • •Common airport pickup and drop is included. You need to reach Coimbatore airport latest by 9:00 AM, and the return drop to the airport is at 1:00 PM.
  • •The area we stay in is very close to a hospital, in case of any need.
