About this trip

A fresh set of dates for our most-loved coastal escape. Spend three unhurried days in Pondicherry — the pastel French Quarter, long walks on Promenade Beach, the calm of Auroville and a morning of mangrove boating. The price includes all transfers from Chennai airport to Chennai airport (you can also reach Pondicherry directly — the price remains the same).

Itinerary

Day 1: Chennai to Pondicherry & the French Town

We begin at around 9:00 AM from Chennai airport. The drive from Chennai to Pondicherry is around 3.5 hours, with lunch enroute. Check in to the hotel and relax. Once we are in Pondy, we explore the picturesque French town in our unique style and head to Promenade Beach. Dinner is included.

Day 1

Day 2: Pondicherry & Auroville

We explore the sights and sounds of Pondicherry and Auroville. Day 2 lunch is included. In the evening we go to the beach for fun and a calming sundowner. Day 2 dinner at the hotel is included.

Day 2

Day 3: Mangrove Boating & Return

Post breakfast we head for mangrove boating. Lunch is NOT included, but we book a private dining space so the group can eat together. For those who opt out, we can make suggestions. Post lunch we drive back to Chennai and reach the airport by 6:00 PM.
